Denise Lemmon represents injured workers in Minnesota workers’ compensation cases. She combines detailed knowledge of the law with a down-to-earth approach that helps clients feel heard and supported.

Denise has been litigating workers’ compensation injury cases for over 30 years. Her experience in litigation and advocacy allows her to navigate complex systems and stand up to powerful opponents. Today, she uses that experience to help injured workers secure the benefits they need to move forward with their lives.

Born and raised in Elk River, Minnesota, Denise understands the values of hard work, fairness, and persistence that define so many of her clients. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota, she went on to receive her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota and is a respected member of 

multiple legal and trial advocacy associations.

When she’s not in the courtroom, Denise enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and caring for rescue dogs — a passion she shares with her husband, Conrad, and their son.

Conrad Tanasychuk brings over 20 years of combined legal and real-world industry experience in workers’ compensation and labor relations. At Lemmon & Tanasychuk, LLC, Conrad’s experience in negotiation, conflict resolution, and workplace dynamics helps inform our strategy in workers’ compensation matters and provides a broader perspective on the challenges injured workers face. He approaches every case with a balance of legal precision and practical insight, helping injured workers navigate a complicated system and secure the benefits they deserve.

Conrad was raised in Rossburn, Manitoba, Canada, where he learned the value of perseverance and community service. He earned his Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law, where he also received a Certificate in Dispute Resolution, and holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.

Conrad is licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota. He’s an active member of the Minnesota Bar Association and numerous trial advocacy groups.

Conrad’s clients appreciate his calm, steady approach, clear communication, and genuine care for their well-being. He and Denise, who are married, work closely together on many cases and take pride in being a family-run law practice.

Outside of work, Conrad enjoys riding his motorcycle, wrenching with his son, and volunteering in the local community.
